principle 

The fluid bed dryer uses air heated by a heat exchanger to form hot air that is distributed through the valve plate and enters the host. The wet material enters the dryer from the feeder. Due to the wind pressure, the material forms a boiling state in the dryer and combines with the hot air. Carry out extensive contact, so as to complete the drying of the material in a short time.
