work principle
In the outer casing, there are two parallel shafts with staggered blades. Each shaft has several hollow sector paddles, which are intertwined at certain intervals. There are two types of blades: feed to the shear plane and return to the shear plane. The shaft rotates at a low speed. The heating medium enters the hollow rotating shaft and the blades through the universal rotating joint. After the heat is transferred and dried, it is discharged through a rotary joint. The materials are continuously fed into the equipment, and then stirred and mixed near the paddle. At the same time, the heat conduction of the paddle and the outer jacket gradually dries the material. The height of the overflow weir can be changed to adjust the residence time. In addition, the steam generated during the drying process is exhausted through the exhaust hole with a small amount of air.
