 一、Principle of sodium chloride forced circulation evaporator

A type of forced circulation evaporator evaporation equipment. The circulation of the solution in the equipment mainly depends on the forced flow generated by the external power. The circulation speed is generally up to 1.5-3.5 m/s. The heat transfer efficiency and production capacity are relatively large. The raw material liquid is pumped in from bottom to top by the circulating pump, and flows upward along the tube of the heating chamber. The steam and the material-liquid mixture are separated after entering the evaporation chamber, the steam is discharged from the upper part, and the fluid is blocked from falling, and is sucked by the circulating pump through the conical bottom, and then enters the heating pipe to continue the circulation.


 二、Brief introduction of sodium chloride evaporator


The sodium chloride evaporator adopts a forced circulation evaporation device for the salty wastewater solution. The evaporation of sodium chloride solution belongs to evaporation crystallization, so the evaporator adopts a forced circulation evaporator that resists salting out, anti-scaling and anti-blocking pipe.

Because the sodium chloride solution is corrosive, considering long-term operation, the evaporation material can be 316L stainless steel, and the rest are made of carbon steel.
