MVR evaporator operation process

一、Material control

1、Open the feed valve, the material enters the feed tank, when the liquid level reaches A%, open the feed pump, and the feed electric regulating valve adjusts the flow rate X n/ h. Set the upper limit of the flow rate to not exceed Y m3/h. The material passes through the preheater and is stable Enter the evaporator.


2、When the liquid level in the evaporator reaches B %, stop feeding, turn on the circulation pump, open the circulation valve, and establish circulation (or reflux).


3、Open the raw steam shut-off valve, introduce steam into the evaporator shell side, and begin to heat up the material in the system. When the separator temperature rises to 60 degrees, the steam compressor is turned on. The initial frequency of the motor is set to 5Hz, according to the separation chamber pressure and the heating chamber inlet (50KPa), and the current of the steam compressor (90% motor rated current), slowly increase the frequency (3Hz times), until the frequency is increased to the set value M. During the heating chamber enters the steam stop valve.


4、When the system reaches the evaporation temperature, the liquid level in the evaporator begins to drop. When the liquid level drops to C %, turn on the feed pump, slowly open the feed regulating valve, control the electric regulating valve to adjust the feed, and maintain the balance of the liquid level in the evaporator In the range of D%, the system is stabilized. At this time, the system reaches equilibrium and starts to evaporate stably.


5、(1) Intermittent production (mostly used in the traditional Chinese medicine industry). When the feeding is completed, that is, the feeding amount is 0, the feeding valve is closed, the feeding pump is shut down, and the feeding regulating valve is closed to realize the reflux evaporation. When the material in the system reaches the target, slowly reduce the frequency of the steam compressor until the frequency is 5Hz, stop the circulation pump, close the circulation valve, open the discharge valve and continue discharging until the discharge volume is 0. (Turn off the steam compressor and close the water supply valve after 10 minutes of low-frequency operation and cleaning of the steam compressor).


(2)Continuous production. When the material in the system reaches the target, turn on the discharge pump, open the discharge regulating valve, control the valve opening to adjust the discharge flow to S1/h, control the opening of the feed regulating valve, and establish a balance according to process requirements, production load and evaporation , Stabilize the feed volume V1/h and the discharge volume. The system automatically adjusts the inlet flow rate automatically to ensure the balance of the liquid level in the evaporator and the stable proportion of the material.


二、Condensate control

1. Drain the non-condensable gas, ensure the heat exchange area, and meet the process.

2. Control the temperature and pressure of the shell side of the evaporator, and automatically adjust the frequency to increase temperature, increase pressure, and reduce pressure.

3. When the condensate level of the heater reaches E%, turn on the water outlet pump to discharge the water to the preheater

Then it enters the condensed water storage tank, where the condensed water exchanges heat with the feed stably.

4. Establish a functional relationship based on the amount of feed, evaporation, and water output to form a chain control,
