after-sale warranty

一、Equipment maintenance and technical support

        From the date of equipment design, manufacturing, and acceptance of the goods, we will provide users with free maintenance technical support services. During the warranty period, after receiving the user’s equipment failure report, respond to the buyer or end user within 24 hours, and determine the handling measures based on the failure. If the fault falls under the following circumstances, it is not covered by the warranty:

            1. The user did not operate according to the operation process;   

            2. The user causes damage to the equipment;   

            3. Failures caused by other force majeure factors (such as lightning strikes, earthquakes, floods, etc.)


二、Equipment use training and guidance

        We will conduct operation training, simple troubleshooting and daily replacement of wearing parts for the relevant personnel of the buyer. The main content of the training includes but not limited to:

            1. Daily operation of equipment;

            2. Simple fault judgment and elimination of equipment;

            3. Replacement of vulnerable parts;

            4. Other matters needing attention in daily operation.


三、Lifetime after-sales maintenance

 Our company can provide life-long after-sales maintenance services for a fee.
