Brief Introduction of TVR evaporator

Working Principle

TVR steam thermal recompression technology is short for (Thermal Vapor Recompression). MVR uses a steam compressor to do extra work to increase the temperature and pressure of the secondary steam. TVR heat pump consumes the heat energy of high-pressure steam, allowing the high-pressure steam to enter the special ejector nozzle, and while discharging the high-pressure steam, it sucks in low temperature from the throat. Low-pressure steam increases the temperature and pressure of the discharged mixed steam. MVR uses a compressor to compress the secondary vapor, and TVR heat pump uses an ejector to compress the secondary vapor to meet the requirements of evaporation and concentration.

Main Feature

l  Using TVR heat pump can recompress part of the secondary steam as the heat source of the heating chamber.

l  The ejector used in the TVR heat pump has no moving parts and is not easy to wear, ensuring the reliability of operation to the greatest extent.

lThe steam consumption saved by using a TVR heat pump is equivalent to adding an additional effect evaporator.

l  The evaporation process with TVR heat pump can effectively reduce the evaporation of the last effect and save the cooling water consumption of the system.

l  It must have the supply conditions for stable supply of saturated steam above 0.7MPa. The higher the saturated steam pressure, the more obvious the energy-saving effect.

l  The design of the ejector must be reliable, with low noise and vibration. The performance of the ejector is directly related to the steam saving effect.

System Composition and Scope of Application

The TVR heat pump system specially designed by Jiangsu Heide has low noise and vibration and high energy saving efficiency. It mainly includes TVR steam thermal recompression heat pump, heating tube, evaporation chamber, condenser, vacuum pump, circulating discharge pump and operating platform. It has been widely used in evaporation and concentration in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, biological engineering, environmental protection engineering, waste liquid recycling and other industries.
