Emulsion wastewater

Introduction to Emulsion

Emulsion is made up of a variety of functional chemical additives, mineral oil and other substances. It is mostly used for cleaning and rust prevention of devices during mechanical processing, and plays a role in protecting mechanical equipment such as lubrication and anti-corrosion. It is not harmful to the human body, and it is a grinding product with good performance. Emulsion wastewater contains a lot of biodegradable oils, chemical additives and other components. There are four main types of oil in emulsion wastewater: slick oil, dispersed oil, emulsified oil, and dissolved oil. (1) The particle size of slick oil droplets is generally more than 100μm, generally floating on the liquid surface of the emulsion, and aggregates into an oil film; (2) The particle size of the dispersed oil droplets is generally between 10μm and 100μm, mainly suspended in the emulsion. After standing for a period of time, it will sometimes float to the liquid surface and form slick oil; (3) The particle size of the emulsified oil droplets is generally between 0.1 μm and 10 μm. Due to the addition of various surfactant components to the emulsion, The oil-water interfacial tension is reduced, so that the emulsified oil can exist stably in the emulsion; (4) The particle size of the dissolved oil droplets is generally below 0.1 μm, and it is dissolved in the emulsion. If the emulsified oily wastewater is directly discharged into natural water bodies, the discharge amount will reach a certain level, and the emulsified oil in it will accumulate on the surface of the water body to form an oil film, thereby blocking the gas exchange between the water body and the outside atmosphere and causing the water body to become hypoxic.

According to the detailed parameters of the emulsion wastewater provided by the user, we can propose a process plan that can not only meet the drainage standard but also optimize the comprehensive performance of the economy, and manufacture the equipment that the user is satisfied with.
