MVR evaporator is used to pretreat the wastewater, recover the waste salt, and reuse the condensate water or enter the biochemical system for advanced treatment. MVR evaporator treatment process: the pharmaceutical industrial wastewater heated and concentrated by the preheater is introduced into the MVR evaporator by a pump. In the heat exchanger, the pharmaceutical industrial wastewater is cyclically heated, evaporated and concentrated by steam, and the distilled water is returned to the preheater for preheating the stock solution; The obtained concentrated liquid and steam enter into the liquid gas separator. The saturated concentrated liquid is treated by crystallizer to separate solid from liquid.
